To offer more flexibility, Prep Hoops now provides ticket insurance for spectator admissions. With this optional add-on, your non-refundable ticket is protected in the event that you or the participant is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

Ticket insurance is available during the admissions purchase process for all Prep Hoops tournaments. We encourage guests to consider this option for added peace of mind.

How to Request a Refund with Insurance

If you purchased ticket insurance and are unable to attend due to a covered reason, please contact the insurance provider directly to request a refund:
