What Is Your Spectator Refund Policy?

All spectator ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of an event cancellation as outlined below.

We understand that schedules can change and conflicts may arise; however, tickets are non-refundable in these situations.

If a full event day is canceled, refunds will be issued for ticket purchases associated with that day. For weekend passes purchased either in advance or on-site, a partial refund will be provided if an entire event day is canceled.
