How to Update Your Program Information (Address, Logo & Graphics)

Keeping your program information accurate ensures our operations team can seamlessly assist you with event logistics, including lodging accommodations, and guarantees our media teams use your correct branding for tournament coverage.

1. How to Update Your Mailing Address

1. Log in to your Program Dashboard.

2. In the main menu, locate and click the Program tab.

3. Under the Edit sub-tab, enter your updated Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code.

4. Click Save.

2. How to Upload Your Program Logo

1. While still under the Program tab, locate the logo upload section.

2. Upload a high-resolution PNG or JPG file.

3. Click Save.

3. How to Refresh & Share Your Commitment Graphic

If you just updated your logo or program details, you can instantly refresh your event participation graphics from this same area:

1. Under that same Program tab, navigate over to the Graphics sub-tab.

2. Click Regenerate. The system will instantly create a brand-new commitment graphic utilizing your updated logo and assets.

3. Click Download to save the image to your device.
