To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all participants, each team is required to provide one volunteer scorekeeper for each event. In exchange for their help with the official book or the scoreboard, scorekeepers receive free admission for the entire weekend.
How to Assign Your Scorekeeper
Program Directors or Coaches must assign a scorekeeper for every team registered in the dashboard.
Log in to your Program Dashboard here.
Navigate to the Teams Tab and select the specific team.
Go to the Edit Team Tab.
Enter Information: Input the scorekeeper’s name, email, and phone number.
Send Invitation: Once you click Update Team, an automated invitation will be sent to the scorekeeper via email or text.
Pro-Tip: Using the "Copy Invite Link"
If your scorekeeper cannot find the automated email or you want to ensure they receive it immediately, use the manual link:
After updating the scorekeeper info, click "Copy Invite Link."
You can then text or email this link directly to your volunteer.
This is the fastest way to ensure they are registered and ready for the event.
