As a Program Director, you can delegate roster management to your coaching staff. Inviting a coach to their specific team dashboard ensures they can manage their own players, receive automated event updates, and secure free entry into events.
Step 1: Update Coach Information (For Event Access)
Before sending the dashboard invite, ensure the coach is officially attached to the team for event check-in and communication.
- Log in to your Program Dashboard.
- Navigate to the specific Team you want to assign.
- Go to the Edit Team Tab.
- Enter the Coach's full contact information and save.
Note: This step ensures the coach is on the approved list for Free Event Entry and receives real-time, automated messages regarding event updates.
Step 2: Send the Dashboard Invitation (Owners Tab)
Once the team information is updated, you must grant the coach digital access to manage the roster.
- While still in the specific Team view, navigate to the Owners Tab.
- Enter Email: Type in the email address the coach prefers to use for their login.
- Select Role: Choose the "Coach" role from the dropdown menu.
- Send Invite: Click Send Invite.
Step 3: Coach Activation
After you click send, the process moves to the coach:
- The coach will receive an email invitation to access their Team Dashboard.
Once they accept the invite and log in, they can navigate to their team and Complete the Team Roster.
