Deadline: All schedule requests must be submitted through your dashboard at least 11 days prior to the event start date. We will not accept any requests after this deadline under any circumstances.
To ensure fairness and accurate logistics, all schedule requests must be submitted digitally through your Program Dashboard. Verbal requests, text messages, or direct emails to Team Representatives will not be tracked or accommodated.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Program Dashboard.
On the left-hand navigation menu, click Schedule Requests.
Click the + New Schedule Request button.

Select Your Event: Choose the upcoming tournament from the dropdown menu.
Missing an event? If you do not see your registered event in the dropdown, please contact your Team Representative immediately.

Select Your Type of Request: Choose one of the two options below:
Option 1: Team (Coach Conflict): Use this if a coach manages more than one team and needs to avoid same-time matchups.
Option 2: Date/Time: Use this if you have a specific request regarding what time or day your team is able to play.

Verify Your Teams: Once the event is selected, the list of your registered teams will populate. Select the teams this request applies to and submit.
Missing a team? If a specific team is not listed under the event, contact your Team Representative.
Important Policies & Expectations
Status is Pending: Your request will remain marked as "Pending" in your dashboard leading up to the tournament. Our scheduling team reviews all entries during the bracket-building process.
No Guarantees: While we make every single effort to accommodate requests, they are never guaranteed.
The "Published Schedule" Rule: Once the event schedule is officially published, it is final. We will not make additional changes.
Submission Timing: Submitting your request extra early does not increase your likelihood of approval. All requests within the 11-day window are evaluated equally based on gym space and division formats.
Please Note: While we make every effort to accommodate requests, they are never guaranteed. All schedule requests MUST be submitted through your Program Dashboard to be considered. Verbal requests, text messages, or last-minute emails to your Team Representative the week of the event will not be accommodated. If it is not loaded into your dashboard by the deadline, it cannot be accommodated.
